Hosting providers may process technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested page, device, and browser to deliver, stabilize, and protect the site. The website currently uses no first-party advertising or analytics platform.
When you use a form, the information shown there — including your name, email address, topic, and any optional organization, region, or message details — is transmitted over an encrypted connection through a technically secured Google service to GoSafeHome. The website maintains no separate contact or waitlist database. The information is kept in the email account only as long as needed to respond, organize the project, or meet legal obligations.
GoFundMe and Facebook are external providers. Their privacy notices apply when you open those links. GoSafeHome sends no form data to them before you click.
Companionship takes place through a real-time in-app VoIP audio connection over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Private phone numbers are never displayed or exchanged, and conversations are not recorded. Live location is shared only by explicit choice during an active companionship session. Exact processing and deletion periods will be explained before anyone joins the pilot.
SOS alerts only the active companion. GoSafeHome is not an emergency, police, rescue, or crisis service and does not guarantee safety.
Under applicable Swiss data protection law, you may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Contact info@gosafehome.ch.
